At Blue Bungalow USA, we want you to love your new look. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
